Due to the unique, vintage, archival, and pre-owned nature of the items offered by REVE ARCHIVE, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review all product photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and condition notes before completing your purchase.

VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED CONDITION

Most pieces offered by REVE ARCHIVE are vintage, archival, or pre-owned and may naturally show signs of age, storage, or previous wear.

We carefully inspect our pieces and disclose significant imperfections through product descriptions and/or photographs.

Minor signs of wear, age, storage, variations in fabric, or other characteristics consistent with vintage and pre-owned items are not considered defects.

By purchasing an item, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted its stated condition.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

Vintage and designer sizing can vary significantly between brands, collections, and production periods.

Measurements provided in the product description should be used as the primary sizing reference.

REVE ARCHIVE is not responsible for an item not fitting as expected when the item's measurements and sizing information were provided before purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any relevant issue.

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges associated with international delivery are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable import duties or taxes in their destination country before purchasing.

MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
